I remember in Art School, it sorta went without saying that if you have to talk about how awesome your work is, then it's because you're work isn't coming across that way of it's own accord.<br /><br />I love how at the end he claims there are misconceptions about him - Well dude, if you're hoping to be a successful performer for years to come, you might want to clarify those "misconceptions" up now because really, if you have no time to focus on what's costing you business (in his case, attracting new fans) then what the hell else could you possibly be doing?<br /><br />As for fans of Criss vs. fans of Cirque - The day we heard of this project, we knew Cirque would be compromised in some manner on purpose. That's why everything prior to this has been largely successful, because Cirque never did "stars". They once gave a reason as being it could detract from a show and they saw no reason to compete onstage with any one individual with a built in fan base.<br /><br />Of course, that went out the window now. The show runs about 90 minutes, and I'm sure it take a lot of work to tighten the show to fit into those 90 minutes.
